Lodging:  Rooms are available at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel by using the following link that has been created just for our assembly.  https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/book/hotel-rooms.50139.html?groupId=6D1ZU9K6      or by phoning at 920-230-1900.  (please specify the East Central Synod Assembly when calling)  Rooms are $105-$115 for single or double occupancy.  If using a church credit card, please have the credit card authorization form on file. Rooms released by the hotel on 4/24/2020.

Meals:  Three meals (lunch Friday, dinner Friday evening, and lunch Saturday) are included in the cost of registration.  Breakfast is on your own.  Hotel guests will receive breakfast vouchers upon check in.  Light refreshments will be provided each morning.  Please selct the menu option for Friday dinner on your registration form.

Volunteer Opportunites:  There are several ways that you can help out at Synod Assembly.  You can help pack the service project, sing in the choir, be part of the IT/ Tech Team and receive a free tshirt, or be a communion assistant.  If you are interested, please select on your registration form.

No refunds for cancellations after May 1st, 2020.

There is a separate registration for our Thursday night event.  

Rostered Retired Voting Member Registration will OPEN after February 14th, 2020.  This will be dependendant on the 10% limit.  Please refer to the letter that was mailed to all Retired Clergy and Deacons for details.
