Please join us to increase your awareness and knowledge about the benefits and risks of walking as an older adult in Florida, and how to mitigate those risks to increase safety. This workshop is provided by the Safe Mobility for Life Coalition and Alert Today Florida in partnership with the Space Coast TPO.

*If you would like to become a *Safe Walking for Life Trainer, you will be required to stay from 11:15 am - 12:30 pm. By participating in the ­­­­­­­Train-the-Trainer presentation, you will be able to teach older adults in your community how to be safer pedestrians through in-class and outdoor instruction.
