Switching Gears from Employee to Entrepreneur

Do you have the Entrepreneur gene? How do you develop your business goals? What to look for in a business? How do you validate a business opportunity? What is involved in the Due Diligence process? What are the key drivers of success? Is it all worth it?

This workshop will help you understand the challenges and opportunities of transitioning from being a team member in a corporate organization to taking the risk of starting your own business. What are your best options; developing your own idea, a business resale or a franchise?  You will learn what the key steps are, along with the emotional highs and lows you can expect.

Workshop Fee $25

Presented by Dave Sperry
