Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) serve many needs, but all must conform to Federal IRS and state incorporation guidelines.
In addition to defining several types of NPOs, this workshop clarifies the administrative process involved in establishing a NPO, registration fees, board of directors composition, timeline to get approved, succession requirements and some operating tips.
