 Lewis Faraclas is an expert in Commercial Real Estate with primary area of  expertise in representing office and industrial clients in finding, negotiating,  renewing and expanding their lease space and building requirements. His  experience also includes start-ups, cash flow management, distribution  channels as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), and Supply and Transportation  and trading in the Oil business.

Mr. Faraclas has expertise in Business Finance and Accounting, Business Strategy and Planning, Supply Chain Management. and Business Operations.  His Industry experience includes Real Estate, Rental and Leasing, Professional & Business Services.

Lewis has a BS in Marketing from the American University in Washington, DC and an MBA Finance from the University of Baltimore.
