8 Simple Steps to Identifying Business Gaps & Opportunities Through Metrics 

Marketers have a saying: “Metrics Drive the Creative.”

Without tracking, monitoring, and analyzing campaign performance, there is no insight as to the success or failure of the tactic, costing time, money, and missed opportunities; there is no understanding of what needs to be improved and how it can be.

The first half of this interactive class will dissect email, social media ad, and website performance metrics (best and worst performers) and utilize case studies to demonstrate how to improve the campaigns.

In the second half, the students will bring two of their marketing campaigns to analyze, identify gaps, and improve.

Due to the instructor-to-student interaction, no more than 15 students per class. Please bring computers and campaigns.

This workshop is the first of a five-part series designed to guide you through developing a comprehensive strategic and tactical marketing plan.
