In this talk, Zetta Elliott, PhD, will share her journey from teen writer to published author, and provide resources for parents and educators interested in building libraries that prepare all children to live in a global society.This interactive presentation will show how inclusive books can foster cross-cultural understanding at an early age. At a moment when communities are confronting divisions, the need for diverse children’s literature is greater than ever.This program is FREE and all are welcome! A selection of Zetta Elliott's books will be on sale by independent bookseller, Wellesley Books.
