Introduction to the Business Plan

This is an introductory course about Business Plans. 

For entrepreneurs thinking about starting a new business; the Business Plan is a great way to document the business details and determine if the business has the financials needed for success.  This workshop will be of benefit to those who wish to initiate their business soon and need to organize their plan and increase their likely hood of success.

For ongoing businesses; the plan provides a way to document history, to layout a short and long term plan, and to audit actual performance against the plan. 

 The workshop covers the 3 key financial documents and various formats for the written plan.
