Jay Gladney is a senior-level information systems engineering professional and technical services project and program manager. He managed commercial software development teams for Network Solutions and Oracle Corporation supporting the US military and National Intelligence Community. He taught project management courses for Network Solutions and Oracle Corporation, and cofounded and served as CEO for a telecommunications consulting partnership. He was an Associate Professor at the US Air Force Academy, where he taught international relations and defense policy.
