This workshop will help business owners understand key financial concepts and tools to successfully plan, monitor, and manage their business. It will cover the utility of key financial reports, such as cash flow, balance sheets, working capital, profit and loss statements, sales projections, and introduce tools to assess financial health.

What will be covered:

  • Income: Without business income, or revenue, nothing else happens.
  • Expenses: There are several ways to categorize and track your expenses.
  • Cash Flow: Inadequate cash can starve a business to death.
  • Accounts Receivable Aging: Why you need to know how long does it take your customers to pay their invoices.
  • Accounts Payable Aging: Why it's important to track the average number of days it takes you to meet your financial obligations.

This workshop is a must for anyone owning or planning to open a business!
