This workshop covers the process of hiring employees, as well as the ongoing responsibilities to help ensure that informed decisions are made while staying within legal and ethical bounds.

Jim Frommel retired as director of business affairs at WMC TV/AM/FM after more than 40 years of management in the broadcasting industry. He later worked in the financial services field as a planner and advisor. Frommel has been a SCORE mentor for 20 years, and has served on the national organization's board of directors. He is a past president at Theatre Memphis, and continues to serve on the board there.
