Marketing Basics for Small Businesses 

Getting and keeping customers is the most important and difficult task facing any small business. Our Workshop will explore general principles and terminology of marketing for small businesses. We will discuss the application of these principles and some fundamental strategies and tactics for your marketing plans.

Our speaker,  John Sonnhalter is a marketing and PR specialist for  businesses, with expertise in manufacturing companies.  He is an expert on market planning and execution and new product roll outs.  He is currently chair of the SCORE Marketing Committee and serves on the Executive Committee in addition to mentoring clients of the Cleveland SCORE office.
