DCPCA BOLDplanning Plan Finalization Workshop for Unity - March 26, 2020

Training Overview: DCPCA ECP Finalization Workshops represent the home stretch of the project. Like the other Workshops in the series, the workshop is a hands-on session crafted to assist each facility in the finalization of its CMS-compliant ECP. Prior to the Finalization Workshop, your BOLDplanning Project Manager will have conducted a thorough review and grading of the individual elements of your plan. Each facility should have used that review to correct errors, fill in gaps, and complete their plan as much as possible prior to the Plan Finalization Workshop.
Deliverables for this phase include:
- Gap analysis documentation for each DCPCA member health center ECP
- Specific instructions for plan completion
- Guidance to complete all plan update requirements
At the conclusion of the DCPCA ECP Finalization Workshops, all plan elements will have been completed and a straightforward, succinct action plan will be established for the finishing touches.
Who Should Attend:
* Note: This March 26th workshop is specific to Unity health center staff. For staff of other health centers, please sign up for the workshop on March 23rd. *
- Emergency preparedness planning leads at each Unity health center.
- All Unity staff involved in design and execution of core emergency planning and response activities.
