"Ask a Lawyer"

Join a Q & A workshop with an experienced lawyer who is a SCORE Counselor. Submit your individual questions regarding legal issues related to your business that you may have questions about in advance via email address or hand written at the workshop.*  This is also an opportunity to learn about the legal issues other entrepreneurs are experiencing and resources where you may find additional help. 

There will be opportunities for individual follow up meetings if requested. SCORE workshops always provide networking, which has been shown to be an invaluable experience for many SCORE clients.

There is a place on the regsitration to submit a question to be answered at the workshop.  This is not required but recommended

Bill Hulsey, Served as lawyer and general counsel to complex, tax exempt organizations for over 25 years., Led negotiations resulting in over $150 million in licensing fees and federal funding., Drafted corporate articles of incorporation and bylaws and obtained 501(c)(3) status for several tax exempt organizations., Negotiated large scale collective bargaining agreements and executive employment and severance agreements., Taught IP Commercialization, Federal Income Taxation and Negotiations at Northeastern and Suffolk Law Schools.
