Our Presenter: James Hatfield

Mr. Hatfield is an attorney at St. Johns Law Group in Saint Augustine, Florida.  He provides legal services in the areas of business law, asset protection planning, estate planning, elder law, and tax law.  His business law practice includes entity formation, drafting ownership agreements and contracts, and advising on related legal issues.  Mr. Hatfield earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
