A Startup Budget for Your New Small Business

Your Startup Budget will tell you if your business idea is going to be profitable, when it will be profitable and what your profits will be.

Why is a Startup Budget important?  It will project your profits and create a timeline to help you to reach your financial goals. It is a roadmap to your financial success. A Startup Budget forces you to think about how much revenue is needed to first cover your business expenses and then provide you with personal earnings that you need and expect at some point in time. Equally important to know is how much cash you will need and when you will need it.

What is a Startup Budget? It is a list of your business expenses and income based on realistic and well researched assumptions.

This workshop will focus on how to project your expenses throughout different phases of your business. Pricing is briefly touched upon but is addressed in more detail in our Pricing Your Product or Service Workshop.
