Managing Change in a Challenging Environment

We are experiencing a dynamic work environment where managers are called upon to make quick, unanticipated decisions. And in a more stable time, consider how information about new products and services is readily available to consumers. Additionally, environmental factors and customer demands can cause our businesses to have to change at an unprecedented rate. Managers and leaders need to understand the key components of the transition process and learn how to become a change agent in order to create an adaptable culture. Remember, little tweaks can result in big improvements in productivity and the success of your business.  Join Jean Mix to learn how to build change resiliency in your company by understanding the effects of rapid change on human performance.
