Business Plan Part 1: It's All About the Customer

*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*

In this workshop you will understand why we plan and the three questions that will determine success or failure. 

In this workshop we'll go over those three questions:

  • The concept of planning for today and the future
  • The three fundamental questions that determine everything else
  • Are you writing a novel or a short story?

Mike Reid is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. He is a retired executive from the insurance industry where he held various leadership positions including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer.  Among his various assignments, he launched a new company overseas gaining the experience of what it’s like to start a business from scratch.  Mike has been a volunteer at SCORE for six years, has been involved in presenting a various workshops and is a previous Chapter Chairman.

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees.

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to: Jenny Day at ch.admin0120@scorevolunteer.org. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
