2020 EMS Week Webinar Series

The Kentucky Office of Rural Health will host a three-day webinar series on Building Morale and Motivation Within Your Crew, beginning on Tuesday, May 19.

The series -- held during National EMS Week, which recognizes and celebrates the contributions of EMS professionals in safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of their communities -- will include the following presentations:

Tuesday, May 19: Chris Cebollero, President/CEO of Cebollero & Associates, will speak on The Art of Self-Motivation

Wednesday, May 20: Mike Taigman, Improvement Guide at FirstWatch, will speak on Finding Your Way to Feeling Motivated: Cutting Through Stress (Including Stress Caused by COVID-19)

Thursday, May 21: Dr. Jay Fitch, Founding Partner at Fitch & Associates, LLC, will speak on Improving Our EMS Organization’s Teamwork, Morale and Culture

All sessions will run from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. ET.
