Tawana began her career in Supply Chain Management within the manufacturing
industry. Years later she transitioned into Human Resources with her final role in
the energy sector supporting 14 countries. Tawana has been responsible for
strategy development, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations,
performance management and benefits.Tawana currently owns and operates TM
B2B - A full service HR Consulting Company.
Abby is board certified in labor and employment law and represents clients in a
wide variety of labor and employment matters, including general employment
counseling; defense of discrimination charges and lawsuits; trade secret,
unfair competition, and wage and hour litigation. She has experience
representing employers before the Equal Opportunity Employment
Commission (EEOC). Before starting her legal career, Abby formerly worked
for a major energy company as a process engineer, pipeline project manager,
and business analyst. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of
Houston Law Center.
Was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He earned a BA Degree in Political Science from Lincoln University, the premier Historically Black College,
in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Athill then entered the graduate program at the
University of the District of Columbia, Washington, DC, in the discipline of Urban
Policy. Athill’s lifelong dream was to become an attorney, and in December 2001,
proudly earned the Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Since licensing, he has devoted his law practice in the endeavors of Discrimination, Civil Rights, and the representation of persons accused of crimes. Athill is licensed in the State of Texas and in the Federal Court system. He has tried and been involved in litigation involving Federal death penalty cases, police misconduct and civil rights violations, discrimination, and represented persons across the State of Texas.
