Design Thinking- Responding to Change Quickly and Efficiently

Design Thinking is a framework for identifying and solving problems. It is about being able to respond to change quickly and efficiently with the customer in mind. This is especially relevant in today's changing world.

Design Thinking can teach small business owners how to become focused on seeing the world through their customers' eyes and how to uncover those customers' real needs, how to generate ideas for solving them and how to quickly learn which of those ideas are viable in the marketplace.
This webinar will describe the 5 steps of Design Thinking and how to execute each step using common techniques and strategies including understanding the customer through interviews, surveys etc, synthesize the feedback, and how to pick which problems to solve.
The skills learned in this webinar will help small business owners navigate through today's  environment and prepare you for any future change you will need to address.
