Back to Business Basics Part II: Marketing
Reimagining commerce in a dramatically altered economy is an unprecedented challenge, but especially daunting for small businesses. Yet there is opportunity cloaked in any crisis. And small, nimble, inventive entrepreneurs are uniquelyqualified to adapt to new conditions.
This session applies the design thinking approach that fuels product development across industry to help small businesses find the intersection between what customers now need, want and have money to buy and what entrepreneurs are most qualified to offer. Focus is on rapidly recovering revenue, rethinking operations and reinventing your value proposition for a post-pandemic economy.
