Richard Lewine has over 35 years of experience working with the leaders of small and mid-size organizations, for profit and non-profit, helping them clarify visions, formulate strategy and create personal and organizational goal systems. For many years he managed diverse operations and sales for his own company and grew it to a $6 million enterprise with multiple sales and administrative people. He is South Florida’s leadership, management, goals setting, sales guy. He has sold over $60 million worth of products and services in his career. Richard is also a Certified SCORE mentor.

Ron Krudo has spent almost a decade working in the management field supporting small businesses, non-profits, and consultants. With a Masters in Management and Public Administration from Florida State University, he has an intricate understanding of corporate structure, employee engagement, management, and strategic planning. Ron also spent the past 5 years working for StandWithUs, in the non-profit sector, managing an international team of over 100 and raising over 20 million in working capital through his expertise in sales, event management, and marketing. He is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Equiturn Business Solutions, a Davie based Small Business Management Consulting and Strategic Partnership firm.

Ivelices Thomas, Accomplished Labor & Employment Attorney, Human Resources Executive, and certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator with over 15 years of combined legal and human resources expertise successfully planning and implementing strategies and programs to enhance relationships between management and employees and enhance organizational effectiveness. Broad experience as an influencer, team-builder, project manager and communicator, building productive working relationships/partnerships with employees, business leaders and union leadership.

Lois Margolin, CPA was a senior audit manager for KPMG Peat Marwick before she decided to leave and become an entrepreneur.  After leaving KPMG, Lois and her husband, Les, opened Chelsea Reservations, an accounting and programming company.   Lois recently sold Chelsea and opened Lois Margolin, LLC, a concierge accounting firm.  As a CPA, Lois is excited about becoming a part time CFO for multiple companies and is looking forward to building a successful company.

Lois is actively involved in various organizations and mentoring opportunities.

Whether you expect a "V" shape recovery for your business or a more gradual rebuilding, there are steps to take to ensure you manage your business to its potential.

Marketing, sales, people, money are the key issues to address. Make current and new customers aware of the products and services you have available. Get them to buy. Have staff in place that can deliver those goods or services. Arrange finances so that cash is available at the right time to keep all ,parts of the business operating. Know your break even points.

June 9th -Business Realities and Successful Sales Strategies – Have you lost customers? Let’s replace them. Existing customers not buying as much as before? Are your sales efforts not as productive as before the crisis? Learn how to handle these situations.

June 16th –How to Better Focus Your Marketing – How people look at businesses that provide the goods and services they need has changed in the past 4 months. Getting in front of your customers and prospects could require different marketing approaches. Step back and evaluate your current strategy. Maybe some evolution is called for?

June 23rd –Employees: Hiring, Firing and Other Things You Should Know – People are still the key to growing a business. You can only handle so much before you become the limiting factor to growth. Getting people back to work is proving to be not so cut and dried. Make sure you are handling post-crisis employee recall or layoff situations correctly. With high unemployment levels now is a time to find some good quality staff for your business.

June 30th –It's All About Money– The floor will keep moving with regards to cash availability for a while. How much will you need? When? What volume of sales do you need to make a profit? Learn some of the moves to make.
