Having worked with two fortune 100 companies as their HR manager, Larry has learned the in's and out's of what a company needs to hold people accountable. It starts with infrastructure and ends with communications. Larry continues working with small businesses through his coaching and consulting business. Having received an advanced degree in Organization change he has learned that communications is the real key to holding people accountable but the way to formally achieve success is to make sure you build the appropriate infrastructure to support your needs.
