This is a FREE Workshop designed to introduce the process of starting to write a Business Plan. Some of the questions that will be addressed are, Who needs a Business Plan?, and, Why? We will review some of the basic essential elements that are needed to set you on the right path.

NOTE: This Workshop is a prerequisite to "How To Write An Effective Business Plan" Workshop. We highly recommend that you take both Workshops for creating the plan that is specific to your business.

Maury is a franchise consultant and business coach. He has experience as a franchise owner, small business owner and operator. He spends his time working with future business owners and entrepreneurs. Maury has a BA in History from Washington and Lee University and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. In his spare time Maury enjoys fishing and golf. He and his wife Kimberly have three grown children.
