Employee Wellness for Afterschool Providers

Come explore the importance of taking care of oneself, physically and mentally. We will examine the effects of what we do for ourselves on a chemial level and how it translaters to how we function in the afterschool enviroment with additional stressors of children, parents and an overall situation.
