Duration: 1.5 hours

Event Overview

Do you know how much cash your business will have next month? How much will you need for expenses? Forecasting receipts and disbursement is always important, particularly in times of crisis like today.  Being able to forecast can mean the difference between success and failure. This webinar can help you sort it out.

Your business is often your most important source of funds.  During the webinar, conducted by two funding and financial experts, you will learn about managing liquidity and external funding opportunities available to supplement your cash needs.

The two speakers will conduct a Q & A at the end of the session. In addition, when you register, you will be asked some questions to help guide the panelists with the concerns most important to you.

What You Will Learn
At the end of this workshop you will have the knowledge and resources to:

  • Discuss the importance of cash flow to the management of your business
  • Apply simple practical tools to forecast your cash position by tracking receipts and disbursements
  • Use scenarios (“what if”) analysis to improve liquidity and avoid running short of cash
  • Define working capital management and how it impacts your business
  • Identify external funding options available to sustain and grow your business
