That includes employees who “sell” themselves to their bosses and peers to gain promotions, respect and cooperation. It encompasses the CEO who sells investors, members of the board and employees in a corporate vision.
Most people, however, don’t know how to sell. They’re afraid of selling because they fear rejection. Most people fear sales presentations for that reason. That’s the bad news.
