Our Presenter Karen Barnes-Rivera

Karen Barnes-Rivera is a marketing coach and consultant with the heart of a social worker and the mind of a capitalist. Her superpowers include x-ray vision and radical reframing. She is a business owner, Army veteran and MBA candidate at American Military University. She has over 20 years of experience in events and marketing for small businesses, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies.

She began her career in Silicon Valley and New York City working with music startups in the technology space before becoming a full-time marketing consultant under her current company name, KBar Productions.
