How Documentation Affects PPP Forgiveness |
As with all federal funding streams, recipients (borrowers) must verify how the funds were used. Failure to verify how a borrower used their funds, decreases the loan forgiveness amount, also known as Reductions. One of the key components in assuring a borrower receives their full-loan forgiveness amount is through documentation.
This presentation will briefly discuss:
1. What are PPP Reductions
2. PPP Loan Forgiveness Documentation Requirements
3. What if documentation is lacking (alternatives)
4. Who has the “right” to refuse the borrowers’ Loan Forgiveness Application
5. Q&A
