Greater Dallas AFP July Online Educational Program

During this engaging and interactive session, we will learn how tax reform is impacting philanthropy within your community, your organization, and/or client base, and share solutions that you and fundraising practitioners are implementing.

Adrienne Longenecker, CFRE, AFP Global Board Member and U.S. Government Relations Committee Chair, will frame the conversation by sharing an overview of changes to the tax law, the latest report from the Fundraising Effectiveness Project Quarterly Fundraising Report , and a brief overview the work of the AFP U.S. GR Committee.

Adrienne is a long-time Austin resident and a seasoned community servant well-known for vision, creativity, consensus building, and strategic data-driven decision making. She volunteers  as treasurer for the Kealing Middle School PTA, as the Nonprofit Advisory Council Chair for I Live Here I Give Here, and on the Board of Directors for Austin Outside, a group that champions outdoor places for all throughout Greater Austin. Adrienne attended the University of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

She is the Chief Operating Officer of Hill Country Conservancy where she provides management and strategic direction for all operational areas including strategic plan implementation, finance and budgeting, HR, educational programs, volunteerism, communications, marketing, and resource development.
