This workshop is presented by Matthew Rhinehart. Matthew has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including forming and leading a Proposal Center of Excellence.  As the head of the Proposal COE, Matthew lead and supported proposal wins totaling over $1B, improving the win ratio by 25% in a competitive market. Responding to a Request for Proposal can be a daunting endeavor. Where do you start? How do you know what to respond with? How do you format your response? How will my proposal be evaluated? If you are new to proposal development or are looking for some helpful tips to improve your existing proposal processes, this is a course for you!

This workshop will give you the skills to respond to local, state, and Federal proposal with the following:

  • How to Read a Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • How to Assess an RFQ / RFP
  • What Steps are Necessary to Respond to and RFQ / RFP
  • Understand some of the nuances associated with proposal development

Developing successful proposals is paramount to winning new business.  When starting out a new company, it can be daunting or even overwhelming to review all of the documentation, assess your position related to the request, and develop a proposal that fully answers the request, winning the opportunity for you. This online workshops will describe the overall business development process, focusing on proposal development.  You will learn key approaches to tackling a proposal response to help grow your business.

This is an online meeting via ZOOM online conferencing software.  There will be no classroom presentation.   ZOOM requires an internet connection and can run on PCs, Macs, and on both Apple and Android tablets and cell phones.  ZOOM will display the presentation and also broadcast the audio through your computer or device.  If your computer does not have sound, an optional telephone number will be provided to call in when you log into ZOOM.
