How to Create a Business Model Canvas and Jump Start Your Business

*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*

Do you have a small business idea that you want to make a reality? Then it’s time to get off the couch and do something to launch your business.

In this workshop you can expect the following:

  • Find out if your business idea is a Hero or Zero
  • Find out if you have a real business or a hobby business
  • Learn how to eliminate fluff from your business idea
  • Learn how to create a one-page Business Model Canvas to improve your focus and clarify your goals
  • Understand the difference between a business model canvas and a business plan

If you wait until your business concept is perfect, you’ve waited too long.

We will also have special guest Erika Hersh with PeopleFund discussing COVID relief loan products as well as other financing options available for small businesses and Gaby Romero SCORE mentor and volunteer discussing simple marketing tips and tricks for startup businesses.
