Kathy has been involved with publishing for over 10 years and helps author-clients prepare a proposal for publishers and assists other client-authors in promoting their self-published books.

Kathy is an entrepreneur and has been active in small business as an owner.  She has mentored small business owners for the past five years counseling owners on how to start and grow their businesses.  Her special expertise includes Business Start-Up and Expansion, Social Media Content Creation, Book Publishing and Using PR to Increase Sales.

So you have an idea to write a book? Or maybe you’ve been working on one for a while and would like some guidance on getting published.  This two-hour SCORE webinar provides tips for prospective authors like you to complete your writings and move on to the next important step of publishing, your work through a self-publishing house or finding the right publisher.  Along the way, you’ll learn about copyrights, ISBNs, bar codes, and cataloging numbers which can increase your book sales to libraries and bookstores.
