Virtual Workshop - Legal Entity and Insurance Selection

Starting a business is an exciting and sometimes challenging adventure. One of the most important decisions a business owner can make in the beginning of that adventure is the type of legal structure they should use for their new business and the insurance coverage necessary to effectively protect that business. The first part of this workshop will teach you about pros and cons of popular business structures, and how the choice of entity can impact a business owner’s liability exposure. During the second part of this workshop you will learn about the main types of insurance coverage small businesses utilize, and the best practices for selecting a policy that fits your business’ needs.
