Virtual Workshop -"Chatbots - How to increase your customer's service and spend less time 

More and more customers are willing to use “chatbots” to get what they want over calling, emailing or showing up at your place. This can be a great savings of time and money for a business by using chatbots correctly. This class provides you a fundamental understanding of the levels of chatbots, how they can be used in free and low-cost ways and how they save you money, time and gain more customers. Don’t leave money on the table by not understanding and using the new way more customers want to interact with you.

Martin Brossman

Brossman is a business coach, consultant, and a dynamic trainer known for his insight and humor. A member of the National Speakers Association, Martin is a popular speaker on effective and safe online reputation enhancement and professional development topics. He regularly teaches statewide for towns, communities, and schools in North Carolina. He also provides customized coaching and training for individuals and groups, integrating digital media, professional networking, and reputation management.

He co-produces a leading podcast show, Linking Into Sales, focusing on Social Selling for business-to-business professionals and is recognized for his strategic applications of LinkedIn for sales lead generation and overall career enhancement for his clients, students, and audiences.
