Conflict Resolution & Relationship Coaching

 September 22nd - OnIine

Running you own business can find you dealing with many types of personalities and life styles.  Dealing with all of the diversity can make it more challenging than managing your actual business activities.  You may find this workshop very helpful in organizing and dealing with relationships and sometime conflicts.

Workshop summary:

We help teams work through their fear of conflict. Each team is dysfunctional, and deals with their fair share of conflict. We help each team identify their conflict profile. From here we provide actionable items to resolve the current issues, and empower team members to handle future challenges independently. Our goal is to provoke thought and come up with unique ways to turn conflict into productive positive actions.

Not to be missed if you want  to be successful.  You get this right.....You Win.

A top-level overview of a constructive way to manage your small businesses.  A new addition to the series of expert workshops from SCORE East Central Iowa.  Open to the existing or aspiring small business public....No-charge.

Your Instructors:  Samatha Holms

I am a small town Iowa girl. I grew up being around entrepreneurs. My father owns his own   construction company. My aunt and uncle ran a melon business selling produce. Another uncle of mine runs an auto body business. They each have a passion for what they do. There was a freedom of self   expression they all hold. I am always striving to make my own way in the world as they had. Shortly   after beginning work at University of Iowa Community Credit Union I found my passion. I had been   hired as a teller but I loved to see the interaction between employee and trainers. They were a resource, and confidant. I made it my mission to become a trainer. Now, I have been in the business of training for over 10 years.
