Embracing the eCommerce PIVOT

The impact of COVID has accelerated penetration of eCommerce to the total Retail landscape by 10 years in just a few months.  For those with a well-established digital footprint this has meant astronomical growth.  For those who haven’t yet ventured into eCommerce at all or those who have a fledgling online business this has meant moving forward at breakneck speed to shift focus from bricks to clicks and figure out how to convert foot traffic to online traffic or risk total business disruption for who knows how long.  It takes 21 days to form a habit and customers across all demographics & generations are repeatedly seeing the benefits of shopping online.

eCommerce as a whole is thriving and was already on a much healthier growth trajectory than Brick & Mortar.  It is no longer optional.  This workshop is geared for the small to medium sized businesses who are feeling overwhelmed with how to start selling online for the first time or could use some guidance on how to take their existing but nascent eCommerce business to the next level as they are relying more on this channel due to COVID.  So that you don’t get left behind, we will cover the fundamentals to get you past square one and key elements needed to optimize for growth.  We will also explore some of the current Omnichannel levers that are supporting explosive growth such as curbside, contactless payments, social shopping, and more.  Non-sellers will learn how to get started online and current sellers will learn how to shore up their online business and optimize for growth.  We will wrap up with a Q&A to answer as many questions as time allows.
