Reopening Your Food Service Business During COVID-19 - 11/16/2020 - C1000

food svc webinar icon

Duration: 1.5 hours

WEBINAR OVERVIEW

Wondering what phased, or gradual, reopening means for your restaurant or food business? Need help in sorting out the various phases of re-opening? New York City restaurants and food businesses are evolving toward reopening, but currently we are toward the beginning of a four-phase process which will culminate in a broader reopening.

This webinar, led by a seasoned food service business expert, will systematize all the information and guidance from New York State and New York City to food business operations, as they evolve toward reopening.  It will explore what your food establishment can do now to position yourself for short-term and long-term success.  It’s a question of balancing how to navigate during COVID-19 while thinking about using this period as a launching pad for a new era in the food service business.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
At the end of this webinar you will have the knowledge and resources to:

  • Summarize NYC COVID-related health code provisions
  • Describe how food establishments must operate during COVID-19
  • Discuss how to upgrade business practices during COVID-19
  • Explain how to prepare for the long term while working with short-term restrictions
  • Define how to market yourself to the public during COVID-19
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Those in the food service business who are already in business or were in the process of opening when New York City went into lockdown. It will focus only on COVID-19 related operations and impact.
