Should I Outsource My Marketing Function (and if so, how)?
*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*
Attendees will learn about the options to purchase marketing services on a per-project basis.
Items we'll go over in the workshop:
- How should I think about the topic of outsourcing?
- What are the areas of marketing most aligned with outsourcing?
- What types of firms can help me with pricing?
- What types of firms can help me with promotions?
- What type of firms can help me with product strategy?
- What types of firms can help me with channel strategy and placement?
- How do I work with these firms (contracting/pricing) on my marketing activities?

Presented by Lance Cunningham and Eric Bonenberger
Lance Cunningham is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. Lance’s background includes deep experience as an operating executive, corporate development professional, entrepreneur, board member, and advisor in companies serving the industrial, medical device, technology, and healthcare sectors in the U.S. and internationally. He enjoys the process of strategic pricing in both B2C and B2B settings.
Eric Bonenberger is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. Eric is an entrepreneur and his business teams have executed multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing email, landing pages, product websites, blogs, print and direct mail media for companies serving in professional sports, entertainment, retail, healthcare and energy. Eric is a Managing Partner of Cultro Group, a digital marketing consultancy that helps businesses grow for scale.

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees.
All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.
CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to: Jenny Day at scorefw@gmail.com. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
