SAMIRA GHAZAL, Attorney at Law, received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1990. Ms. Ghazal graduated with various Honors from the University of Miami School of Law, including the Society of Bar and Gavel and Moot Court Board. During law school, she was an apprentice with Honorable Natalie Baskin in the Third District Court of Appeals. Upon receiving her degree, she joined the Public Defender’s Office in Dade County, Florida, which has been recognized as having one of the best litigation and trial training programs in the United States of America. Thereafter, she entered into private practice.
Ms. Ghazal focuses her practice on Consumer Law, specifically, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Bankruptcy Chapter 7. She has extensive federal litigation experience in the Southern District of Florida.
She is dedicated to assisting pro bono programs and is also fluent in the Spanish.
