Presented by: Sue Phalen, SCORE Mentor
Sue Phalen serves as a Certified SCORE Mentor and has been volunteering at
SCORE for almost 15 years. At SCORE, Sue combines her industry experience
and her training in Marketing and Sales to help small businesses. She is also
a member of the of the SCORE Team working on the Small Business Disaster
Resilience Initiative partnered with the Texas Division of Emergency Management.
Sue has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Easter Wright currently serves as an Economic Development Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and previously held the position of
Business Opportunity Specialist. She is currently a 30-year staff member.
Prior to coming to SBA, she served as Support Assistant to the U.S. Army Reserve for seven years. She served three years in the U.S. Army and four years in the U.S. Army Reserve. She has over 39 years of combined business and administrative experience. She has an Associate of Arts Degree, major in Business Management and minor in Office Automation.
