Business Plans:

What Are They And Why I Need One

Join us for a discussion of business plans, what they are, what they are used for and how written plans are important for successful businesses.  This is a free webinar

A good business plan guides you through each stage of starting and managing your business. A business plan is a roadmap for how to structure, run, and grow your new business. It’s a way to think through the key elements of your business.

The business plan is a formal written document containing business goals, the methods on how these goals can be attained, and the time frame within which these goals need to be achieved. It also describes the nature of the business, background information on the organization, the organization's financial projections, and the strategies it intends to implement to achieve the stated targets. In its entirety, this document serves as a road map that provides direction to the business.

Our Presenter is SCORE mentor Haithem Ben Jaballah who brings 19 years of in-depth experience in domestic and international business and market development, sales, marketing, and leadership. He successfully conducted business and closed deals worldwide, and also has taught several executive MBA, and graduate topics such as entrepreneurship, international marketing, economics, and business ethics
