Using Project Management Techniques and Tools

*This will be a live online workshop via Zoom*

Is your business running you or are you running your business? Using project management and a work breakdown structure can let you organize and take more control over your business and create a series of successes that lead to overall success. A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result.

Ahmed will teach you to apply project management tools and techniques to small business projects and to manage your business as a series of successful projects. You will learn that a work breakdown structure is simply taking business milestones and breaking them down into the tasks required to reach each milestone.
