The Small Business Reorganization Task Force, formed by Chief Bankruptcy Judge Maureen Tighe in conjunction with several small California businesses has a mission to educate business owners in Central and Southern California about both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options when in financial distress. If you are contemplating bankruptcy, educating yourself is a must!

Presented By:  Tamar Terzian represents a variety of clients ranging from individuals to trustees and small businesses. Her experience includes prominent restructurings in chapter 11 cases, civil bankruptcy and tax matters. Prior to beginning her own firm, she was an attorney with a prominent Bankruptcy boutique in Los Angeles.

Q & A: Everett L. Green, Esq.is a senior trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Trustee and specializes in bankruptcy matters.
