About the instructor: Lindy Culler

Lindy Culler is the COO for a small business in Gilroy, CA. She started  her career in HR knowing practically nothing about it and learning as situations arose. Despite the many growing pains that come from managing a small business, Lindy successfully helped her organization grow from 4 employees (including the 2 co-owners and herself) to 29 employees over the span of 4 years! Lindy is passionate about HR and helping small businesses accomplish their goals by successfully managing their greatest assets: their employees.

Lindy was born and raised in Washington state and relocated to California in 2016. She has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business from Walla Walla University and completed her Certification in Human Resource Management through UC Berkeley Extension.
