Conquering Email is a workshop for the majority of us for whom dealing with business-related email is a “necessary evil” that has to be managed efficiently and effectively as your business grows

  • Do you get distracted from other, more important tasks due to constant email notification interruptions?

In this workshop you will learn:

  • When email is the right tool and when it’s not.
  • How to compose email messages that get results.
  • The power of add-ins.
  • A process to get to Inbox Zero and keep it that way.
  • The main email clients discussed will be Gmail and Outlook.

Deb Smith-Hemphill

Deb Smith-Hemphill - After earning Master’s and Doctoral degrees at Columbia University, Deb spent eight years at AT&T in management slots around the USA, most recently as General Manager, Small Business Systems, Pacific Rim. 

 She formed DSH Enterprises a consulting practice near San Francisco, specializing in training/coaching for management and organizational skills. In 1995, her practice expanded to include a specialty in executive readiness. Clients include but are not limited to industries related to communications, retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, government, aerospace, internet commerce, law, construction, tech, and higher education.

 

 

 

Business owners are the front line/salesperson for their product or service. AND YET - It may feel scary to talk to unknown people, feeling unsure if your product will interest them, being disheartened when prospects say “no” to your solution. This workshop will help you identify and move past the fear, increase your ease with sales and move to enjoying interactions with potential customers.

·         Engage prospective clients with ease, comfort and fun!  

·         Qualify your prospect list. 

·         Build a sales campaign to warm up cold leads so that prospects respond to your call. 

Provide you with multiple tools to motivate and move through sales slumps and celebrate sales closures.
