In this workshop you will learn how to create a complete, realistic project schedule. Then, you willll learn how to monitor that project using Earned Value Analysis [EVA] – while your project is ongoing.
We will focus on two commonly-misunderstood aspects of project leadership. By the end of the session, you will:
Know how to create a complete, realistic project schedule; and
Learn how to monitor that project using Earned Value Analysis [EVA] – while your project is ongoing.
This workshop can be a springboard for those who’d like to learn more through self-study. The concepts can be used for most projects: for example, shooting a commercial; engineering design; opening a new branch office; or buying a new, complex piece of software for your office.
NOTE – Project Managers in the IT industry and those handling emergencies commonly use a Project Management [PM] technique called Agile. This workshop will not cover Agile techniques.
