People, business owners, major corporations – they all talk about having adapted to “the new normal.” But is it a new normal, or just a temporary thing? What business owners and businesses should be focusing on, is what their business will look like AFTER the “new normal”.  Not only will their business be changed, but so will their workforce. From work-at-home and remote workers, to the incorporation of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence, businesses will be forced to innovate and adapt; workforces will need to be upskilled and reskilled.
