Do you know which business structure to choose for your business?
In this 90 minute course, we will review and describe the pros and cons of each business entity structure so you can know the best structure in which to start your companies, and then when appropriate to change their structure.
The last 30 minutes of this course will be an open discussion, so you can have your specific questions answered by an expert. Participants will be limited to 20 people - please register early!
About the Workshop Presenter: Quincy Yu is a graduate of the Stanford MBA program and SCORE SF Mentor specializes in assisting start-ups and clients with turnaround and high-growth challenges. As an entrepreneur who has experience in both corporate and start-up environments, she is an expert in all facets of a company's operations; finance, operations, marketing and supply chain management.
