Peer-to-peer trusted circle of small business
leaders facilitated by experienced SCORE mentors 

The SCORE Business Owners Roundtable, now in our 9th year, assists small business owners achieve profitable growth in a wide range of industries.  With 40 active Roundtable members in four groups, participants report they make better decisions, become better leaders, and achieve better results due to the Roundtable experience.

The success of the SCORE Roundtables is built on three guiding principles: 

• Business owners gain new perspectives and honest feedback from a trusted group of peers.
• Certified SCORE mentors with distinguished business careers facilitate the peer-to-peer process. 
• Subject matter experts participate as needed to provide deeper understanding on topics chosen by the Roundtable members.  

Why join a Roundtable? 

The peer-to-peer model works! Benefit from different perspectives from other business owners, who will challenge you, share their insights, cheer you on, and help you achieve success.

Benefit from expertise only another business owner will have to help you successfully pivot, particularly important as we all struggle to recover from Covid-19 effects. 

In a supportive and confidential setting, share your expertise and experience, get help establishing goals for growth, and be accountable to your peers. 

Facilitators are SCORE business mentors with extensive experience as business owners or key executives in a variety of businesses and industries.

Join a community of like-minded business owners  built on trust and mutual support, and expand your network with more than 75 previous SCORE Roundtable members through our alumni group.  

Who should join a Roundtable?

Owners of an established business (any product or service industry) with annual revenues over $100,000. All applicants will be vetted and will be placed in a roundtable with business owners of similar size and stage of growth, including an advanced entrepreneur group for larger companies with revenue over $1 million.

When?

Roundtable series starts February 25. Each Roundtable group typically meets for 7 three hour sessions every three weeks, although the frequency and session times can be modified to meet the needs of members. Roundtable sessions are currently all virtual. In-person meetings will resume as safety guidelines permit, although the many benefits of virtual sessions will be utilized along with the anticipated return to a new normal.

Fees
For 7 sessions $350; returning participants $300.

Each roundtable is limited in size to 12 members; we will form multiple groups but each roundtable will have members whose businesses are at a similar size and growth stage.
